About Us

Renee’s journey for the love and passion of Pilates was introduced to her in 2006 when it became her way of rehabilitation after an injury, also bringing the benefits of mindfulness, breath work, meditation and gentle safe movement practice. Also using the method for pre and post natal after 2 sons, general fitness and maintaining healthy functional movement. The effectiveness and true results of this unique method had on Renee in the past and to the present now encourages her to motivate, encourage and share her passion of Pilates and movement to her clients.

The most rewarding part for Renee teaching Pilates and movement is seeing clients connecting their mind to body connection, educating clients about their moving body, seeing clients starting to move with ease and noticing a difference within their bodies whilst moving, reduced pain and their everyday activities or other movement activities start to feel easier.

Renee’s holistic and hands on approach as a movement and massage therapist delivers personalised sessions to a broad range of clients from novice to advanced. For the pre & postnatal, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention, general wellness and wellbeing.

Renee qualified in 2008 and taught at various Physiotherapy practices on the coast since 2008.  Renee opened her own boutique studio in 2016 to be able to teach this unique method and all the benefits it provides us in Coolum Beach.
